Purchase Orders
For purchase orders, please include:
- Customer and Authorized Representative information
- PriceSenz DIR Contract Number: DIR-CPO-5981
- Defined project deliverables and pricing
- Agreed payment milestones
Note: State Agency Customers must ensure compliance with applicable purchasing thresholds and SOW submission requirements under Texas Government Code, Chapter 2157.
All purchase orders must reference DIR-CPO-5981 and be payable to PriceSenz LLC.

Statement of Work (SOW) Instructions
All projects awarded under this contract must be executed through a Statement of Work (SOW) mutually agreed upon by the Customer and PriceSenz, in accordance with DIR guidelines.
